Mississauga Martial arts and fitness | Day time training options on the way
To accommodate the many requests for mid-day training we will be doing a trial run this week open from 11am-1pm on Monday and Wednesday.
The plan here is to make these more focused, small group sessions compared to the currently busier evening group sessions
Tomorrow is the 1st day with Coach Patrick running the sessions
Covering the first 4 foundational movements of our mobility floor sequence followed by some a strength training session taking a look the squat matrix in our base strength and conditioning system.
