Q: I don’t have experience in mixed martial arts and feel a bit out of shape. Is there anything I should do prior to visiting Mississauga Elite MMA? A: No, Mississauga Elite MMA has something for everyone regardless of experience or fitness level. After the intro, you can make an educated decision on the value of the training and what type of results you can expect from our systems. We have many membership options to fit your budget and schedule.

Q: I’ve checked the whole website and don’t see the prices anywhere. Why aren’t they listed? A: Without a proper idea of what exactly we offer or how you fit in, we chose to offer a free week trial instead of trying to pressure sell based on price.
