I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and sunshine in my face, which can only mean one thing – summer is on the way! 🙂
This also means now is a great time to get our seasonal programming at the gym up and running.
First up, we have the always popular Trifecta Fitness Program, That everyone loved but, due to the growth of our youth program and other activities,
we just don’t have the space to fit it into the schedule.
Don’t worry, we’ve come up with a plan to make it happen – we’re going to schedule a weekly training session that incorporates
TRX, medicine balls, bodyweight conditioning, and mobility drills will have you feeling like a million bucks.
And the best part? It’s free!
Everyone’s schedules are different, so we will be sending out a survey tomorrow to see what time works best for those interested.
Who knows, if we get enough demand, we might even do it more than once a week!

Growth in the current Core BJJ class has been amazing but the issue there is for someone totally new we know even though ti can be fun
it’s still difficult to train alongside more experienced people.

Our BJJ 101 program covers everything from the very basics in this amazing self-defense system.
Delivered in classes structured in a way that you need no previous experience to be able to participate in them, the action starts tomorrow 6 pm & the lessons plans/manual will be available for download later this week
