Covid-19 hit in March and  just like that  EVERYTHING shut-down…

What was initially slated to be 2 weeks our Mississauga martial arts academy has been closed for the past 3 months, it has been a unique time, to say the least but it looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.light-end-of-tunnel-580x358

With things slowly starting to open up week by week here in Ontario,  I’ve been notified by various associations about their rollout of processes that will launch the return to training for us in the martial arts and fitness training.

By the looks of it, things like fitness and striking Boxing /Karate/  Muay Thai” will be the first to return to action, and while I don’t yet have exact details I am zipping over to a workshop tomorrow covering the proposed timeline and requirements so will keep you in the loop.

BJJ being closer contact it maybe until phase 3 of the reopening before regular classes are back but I am happy to see progress in the right direction.

Things are looking up

here’s a link to what Goodlife is doing  ————>>> The Goodlife Standard , with them being as large as they are its most likely going for be pretty close to the standard at least on the fitness side of things

P.S.

I’ve been super quiet and not blogging emailing or anything of the sort until I saw at least the outline of a return path to work towards and with that on the way updates will be a lot more active.

Thanks, I’ll let you know how the workshop tomorrow goes
